Terms and Conditions (AGB)

1. Scope & Subject Matter

These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the KapitalBrücke platform. The service provides a digital interface for submitting and tracking funding applications and connecting users with partner banks (e.g., Märkische Bank eG).

2. Service Description & No Loan Guarantee

KapitalBrücke does not issue loans directly and does not guarantee loan approval or matching. The final approval decision rests solely with the partner banking institution based on their criteria.

3. User Obligations

Users agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information when registering an account or submitting an application, and to update details promptly if changes occur.

4. Liability

KapitalBrücke is liable for damages resulting from intentional or gross negligence. For simple negligence, liability is limited to the breach of essential contractual duties.

5. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply. If the user is a merchant, the place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Berlin.
